Constantine (Deno) Damaskos

Mr. Damaskos has more than 25 years of experience in the energy markets including distributed generation (traditional and renewable sources), demand response, commodity and energy efficiency. At CPower, he directs a team of product managers responsible for overseeing CPower’s national portfolio of Demand Response products. His team is responsible for liaising with ISOs and utilities regarding DR program policy, developing and optimizing CPower’s DR forward capacity positions, providing product support to the sales and operations groups, and developing new DR products. Prior to joining CPower, Mr. Damaskos held a similar role at Constellation Energy in addition to senior positions including Regional Vice President where he managed DR product development, sales and operations for the eastern United States and Canada. Mr. Damaskos holds a B.S., Electrical Engineering (power systems concentration) from Northeastern University, MA.

Rob Windle
Executive Director of Distributed Energy Resources

Mr. Windle directs his energies to expanding the monetization of distributed energy resources (DERs) such as decentralized energy generation and battery storage. DERs allow energy consumers to generate financial cost offsets and revenue benefits from increased energy markets participation, while leveraging existing and planned systems infrastructure and assets. Previously, He has more than 20 years’ experience in direct and channel sales, channel program development, and management within the Energy, Enterprise Software, and Automation Controls industries. Mr. Windle is a Certified Energy Manager and serves as a board member of the Technology Association of Georgia’s Smart Energy Solutions group. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Cincinnati. Mr. Windle and his wife live in Atlanta, Georgia.

Bernadette Werntges
Energy Engineer
CPower Energy Management

Ms. Werntges is responsible for ensuring that customers are equipped and ready to successfully perform during curtailment tests and called events. Prior to joining CPower, she served eight years as a Mechanical Engineer with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, performing energy analyses to strict design criteria including LEED and ASHRAE. As a civilian contractor for the Army, she served as Project Manager for new construction and participated in many volunteer efforts in Kabul, Afghanistan. Ms. Werntges is a licensed Professional Engineer. She earned her B. S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
